Blue Mountain Industries is a not for profit community-based employment and social support organization dedicated to meeting the needs of adults with disabilities in integrated social and work environments, and assisting individuals in achieving and maintaining maximum independence in their daily activities.
We connect skilled, qualified job seekers with local businesses, creating meaningful employment opportunities that benefit workers, employers, and the community, and provide services in typical community settings that promote independence, skill development, and social connections. Staff at BMI assist in engaging in meaningful activities and organizations, fostering relationships and inclusion alongside peers of similar age.
