Our clients meet with an Employment Specialist, who assess the individual’s unique skills and interests to develop a personalized employment plan that sets specific goals for their job search. Individuals receive advice, assistance with resume writing, and coaching on how to answer interview questions. Part of the process may involve learning how to access transportation to work. Employment Specialists are dedicated to helping and assisting with completing job applications and coaching with interviewing skills.
When you’re ready to begin your new job, Employment Specialists assist in helping you to understand and learn your job responsibilities. Your new employer pays you regular wages and you may receive benefits. Our staff will remain with you to provide support during your employment as it is needed.
